Part 4
Day
4

Jesep felt exhausted as he opened his eyes, his nose itched, he went to scratch it, only to find his hand cuffed to the railing of a hospital bed. He let out a long groan, pulling on the cuff, he assessed that his other hand was free and raised it. He scratched his nose and found he had several tubes attached to it, supplying him with oxygen. Annoyed he pulled the tubes from his nose, he took a deep breath on his own, feeling his lung ache.

He vaguely recalled being buried alive as he gingerly sat up. His lung felt heavy with each breath but it wasn't unbearable. He noted several bandages, an IV and a heart monitor attached to one of his fingers. He turned his head slightly, looking at the machines next to him. He read his overall vitals before removing the heart monitor and IV. The machines protested loudly, letting out continuous high pitched beeps. Jesep yawned, assumed this would cause whoever had put him here, to make an appearance.

He pushed a button on the side of his bed, causing the head of his bed to move up. He sat back and wished he had a cigarette but doubted they'd give him one in a hospital. Then again, he might not be in a hospital. He took note of the cement walls and floors, along with the two way mirror and reinforced door. He'd seen setups like this before in his line of work. His best bet, given what he could see was, a military facility. Yes the room's layout seemed appropriate but something seemed wrong at the moment. The lights were on secondary power, he wondered if they were on alert or if there had been a power outage.

He brushed his fingertips across his lips, trying to assess why he was here. He vaguely recalled images of a dream, waking in the dirt once more... He looked to the ceiling as he thought and saw a shadowy figure moving about until it loomed over him. He titled his head and casually grasped at his chest, where the stone had been. He could feel it inside him.

He wondered if he should pull it back out but hesitated. He found he could no longer hear the voices in his head but he could feel they were still there. Aware of them now, he could feel emotions, urges that could easily be mistaken as his own. From what he gathered it was important he not removed the stone...not now, not here. He let his hand drop back on the bed.

The shadow suddenly moved carefully blending in with the shadow of his hospital bed. Jesep heard a whisper then, "Someone is coming!"

He tilted his head from side to side as he rolled his shoulders. He thought 'Who, who is coming' but the shadow didn't respond. Jesep had another strong feeling, that the shadow couldn't hear his thoughts just now, not with his stone in limbo...limbo...What did that even mean? Jesep rubbed his temple, finding all of this rather confusing, none the less, he prepared for company. He took a deep breath and moved his eyes to the reinforced door. Sure enough, a moment later it opened, and a soldier entered. He made eye contact with Jesep before looking at his cuffed arm. He looked around the room and then took his post just inside the door.

An older man, in a lab coat, entered next followed by a younger woman with glasses. Jesep assumed they were a doctor and nurse. Another soldier entered behind them but just stood in the door way. The doctor turned off the machines that were still blaring and then stepped up to Jesep. He introduced himself as Dr. Fletcher, Jesep only vaguely paid attention as he assessed the soldiers and their uniforms. Wherever he was right now, at least he was still in the same country.

"Do you know who you are?" asked Dr. Fletcher, trying to get Jesep's full attention.

Jesep looked at him, clearly by now they had to know who he was. It was no doubt a connotative test, "Jesep Verin Zian, the year is Var six-twentyone of the seventeenth TriI. The current leader of Urutha is Reginald Mesk, of the Anwin Party. Of course it all depends on how long I've been out."

"Very good, very good Mr. Zian and you haven't been out long, less then a day," said the doctor with smiled, "If you don't mind I'd like to run a few simple motor tests to see how you are recovering."

Jesep watched the doctor pull out a small light. He didn't want him flashing it in his eyes, recalling how badly the flashlight had burned. "I'd prefer you didn't. I want to talk to whoever is in charge before any more tests are done."

"It would be better if you cooperate," said Dr. Fletcher, "You've sustained several injuries and I am simply here to see that you recovery."

"He looks good," said the nurse.

Dr. Fletcher turned giving, the nurse a strange look. Jesep also gave her another glance, letting his gaze linger on her a bit longer. There was something off about her. The way she titled her head and held herself, he was oddly reminded of Esma, though the two women looked nothing alike. He stared at her for a moment longer but knew it couldn't be her. The last time he'd seen Esma, she'd been flying through several walls then again he'd survived.

He tapped his fingers against the railing for a moment but didn't address his feeling. Instead he turned his attentions back to the doctor and said, "If you wanted me to "cooperate" you wouldn't have unnecessarily hand cuff me." He pulled on the cuff.

"It's just standard procedure," said Dr. Fletcher.

Standard procedure his ass, Jesep was done talking to the doctor. He turned to the two way mirror, no doubt whoever was in charge was on the other side. He cleared his throat and calmly started "As far as I see it, I've done nothing wrong. I know my rights as a citizen and as long as you continue to violate them I wont "cooperate." I want to know what is going on and I want to know right now, so let's talk."

The nurse smiled and again Jesep was reminded of Esma once more, it was rather bothersome. When the doctor turned to look at her, the nurse quickly turned her expression to concern. Dr. Flecher must have had an ear piece because he said, "Yes Mam,"

A moment later, the soldier in the door way moved and Dr. Fletcher pulled back from Jesep's bed. Without another word, he left the room. The nurse looked at Jesep for a second and then quickly followed out after him. The solider that had been in the doorway, soon returned with a wheel chair. The other solider in the room unlocked Jesep's hand cuff and they helped him into the chair.

He was slowly wheeled into a long hallway and put into another room two doors down. This new room was clearly an interrogation room. It was similar to the last room he was in, only instead of a hospital bed and machines, there was a metal table attached to the floor with two chairs. The soldiers removed on of the chairs and pushed Jesep's wheel chair up to the table. They locked his chair in place and then left the room.

Jesep folded his hands on the table as he waited. Several minutes passed, by his rough calculation ten, enough time for whoever was in charge to study his demeanor and decide on their approach. When the door opened again a woman stepped in. She was rather young for her unifrom's rank. Under her arm she carried a small folder. "Hello Mrs. Zian, I am Survayant Krissy Rogers with the SVC."

SVC, he wasn't familiar with that particular branch. He rubbed his jaw as he suddenly heard the shadow whisper. "Careful, she is dangerous!" He casually looked around the room and saw the shadow was hiding within other shadows. He didn't know how exactly but he was able to differentiate it from normal shadows. Jesep looked to this Survayant Rogers and wondered if she'd heard the shadow whisper, if she too could see it but she didn't appear to as she put her folder down and took a seat. Just to be sure Jesep decided to run a little test.

"What would you like me to call you?" he asked. He was speaking to the shadow but it worked just as well for the Survayant."

"You can just call me Survayant Rogers," she answered

"Atoe..."the shadow whispered, "I am Atoe…."

"I see," he said responding. He understood them both but It would seem that this, Survayant Rogers, couldn't hear the shadow.

Jesep swallowed and then asked, "What is going on here? Just where am I?"

"You've been captured," Atoe responded. "You're in a discreet underground holding facility, 25 miles outside the city of Velfor, they call it the X Site."

"You were rescued from a large sink hole, in an area that was hit by a natural disaster. You are now at a recovery center."

Jesep sat quietly, thinking over their different responses. Survayant Rogers had said rescued given where he was found, it was an acceptable answer but the shadow, Atoe said he'd been captured, he'd given him a location and name of the site he was at. Of course Atoe... could be nothing more then mental illness or a side effect of the injuries he'd sustained in his fall. Then again he had seen the shadow before the fall. Yes when he'd been inside Genoa that was the first time he'd seen it. He supposed he could have a tumor or something that was causing him to hallucinate, it did no good to speculate. At this point, he'd just have to wait until he got out of here to look into it.

"Can you tell us how you came to be in the sink hole?" asked Survayant Rogers

"No," said Jesep, though he could quite clearly recall just how he had gotten there. He wasn't going to share the details with her. "I...ah, it's a bit of a blur, really,"

"I see," said Survayant Rogers, "What do you remember?"

Jesep licked his upper lip and pretended to concentrate. When he spoke added uncertainty to his tone. "A...storm...a rather large one,"

"Where were you, when the storm started?"

Jesep spoke slowly and as if were struggling to recall "I, I believe I was on my way...home...I...I think...yeah" He assumed there was no way they could verify this, even if they had video of him returning home before the storm. People who sustained injuries didn't often remember every detail leading up to the incident or after for that matter. He suppose he could tell the truth but he needed his story to be plausible. If he told them he'd been in the air during the event or even the eleventh floor. They would want to know how he'd survived such a fall and ended up in that hole. He himself wanted to know but he wasn't about to be some government oddity.

Survayant Rogers studied him closely and then pulled out a map of the area from her folder. "Where about were you?"

Jesep looked at the map, realizing it must be the effected area. His heart swelled, when he thought of Genoa doing this...she...she was quiet something, wasn't she. How he wished to study her, to harness such a power...to bathe in her warmth once more.

He flared his nostrils, breathing in deeply, he wasn't sure she was even alive, at this point. He'd seen how such a power had taxed her. For all he knew, she could have taken herself out but he didn't think so...he didn't want to think so. He vaguely recalled Atoe crying out that they took her.

He knew he meant Genoa… So was she alive or had they just taken her body. He looked about the room, wondering if she could be in one of the rooms, he'd just passed by? He doubted it, dead or alive, someone like Genoa, would have be kept somewhere more secure. The military would most likely want to study her. He suddenly found himself agitated, thinking of others touching her.

"Mr. Zian?" asked Survayant Rogers, looking concerned.

"Sorry," said Jesep pulling from his thoughts. He realizing he'd paused for far too long, "I'm still feeling a little rattled,"

"If you need me to get the doctor, please let me know," said Survayant Rogers.

"No, I wish to continue, what was the question again?" asked Jesep. He wanted to get this over with so he could get out of here.

"Where about were you during the storm?" asked Survayant Rogers pointing to her map.

He looked over the map again, then pointed to a logical location, near his building, one that might have allowed him to be swept up and into that hole. "Around here I believe but I can't be certain. Was the storm a tornado?" He asked, "It was all so sudden."

"Yes, it was quite sudden" said Survayant Rogers as she marked the map. "We're still determining exactly what it was."

He wondered, if he asked, would Survayant Rogers tell him she had found Genoa? Would she let him know her status? He ran his tongue across his teeth, he decided he would ask about survivors, not only to Rogers but to Atoe as well. He cleared his throat and then asked. "Were there any other survivors?

"Yes...Keyoko is here" Atoe whispered. Jesep listened closely, "She is still unconscious and has been locked away. Gigi is pretending to be that nurse. Eyo is conscious but restrained, they know who he is." Jesep ran his tongue across his teeth again. Genoa was Keyoko, she was alive! Unconcious but alive. He let out a deep sign and wonder who this Gigi was...could she be Esma, he didn't understand why she and Keyoko had two name. And what of Eyo...Eyo the name sounded familiar but he didn't kn-

"Are you okay?" asked Survayant Rogers.

Jesep realized he'd lost himself in thought yet again. He quickly adjusted himself, "Yes, I just…I keep thinking of the sky. I never saw it like that before. I also think others were around me when I first saw it but I, when I woke in that hole I was alone,"

"I see," said Survayant Rogers. "We're still looking over the area but so far you are the only survivor, we have found."

Again conflicting answers! Who was Jesep to listen to? Who was he to believe? He put his hand over his mouth acting surprised, "I...I'm the only one, how long...how long has it been?

"Less then a day."said Survayant Rogers.

"Twenty two hours," said Atoe.

It was clear whether this Atoe was real or not, he was giving Jesep more precise answers. He rubbed his neck, until he could assess the situation further, he deciding he would consider both their answers.

"I know it must be painful for you but if you could you just go over everything, your remember once more, it would be very helpful to us."

She was no doubt trying to trip him up, assess if he was lying."I...Yes...uh...uh...as I said, I ah was on my way home. Things get a little fuzzy but the storm hit... I think...I...I know there were people around me but other then that, I don't know much else. I must have blacked out or something… When I woke up I was in that hole, I heard people talking, I called out then...I...well I woke up here."

"I see," said Survayant Rogers, she took several notes as he spoke, normally he could read upside down but she'd seem to be writing in some sort of code. If he had a few minutes he could probably crack it but as things were he didn't know what it was or what she thought of him. Usually he could read people rather well but there was something off about this woman. "Well any other details you remember are very important. Please let us know if you remember anything else, who was standing around you, even if it's just a disciption or if you noticed anything strange about the storm?"

"Strange? How so? It was just a storm wasn't it?" asked Jesep.

"As I've said we're still looking into it," said Survayant Rogers. He doubted she was telling him everything. "If you don't mind, we'd really like to run some tests on you."

"Why?" asked Jesep.

"We'd like to make sure you're okay and to determine how you were effect by this, event."

"She's lying!' Atoe hissed, "She is our enemy, she's trying to figure out who we are. Who we really are. Don't let her find out, or she'll try to destroy us."

"How?" asked Jesep.

"She controls time. She could trap us."

Normally Jesep would have thought manipulating time was nearly impossible but given the might of Keyoko's attack and that he was now conversing with a shadow, he found himself opening up to the idea that anything might be possible, at this point.

"Excuse me?" asked Survayant Rogers. She stared at Jesep, wondering why he'd cut off.

"Yes, uh, How...How long do you think these tests will take?" asked Jesep masking his question to Atoe.

"I'm not quiet sure but once we've run them, we should have more answers."

"I see and then can I leave?" asked Jesep.

"Not right away, we'd like to monitor you for a few days, just to be on the safe side." said Survayant Rogers.

"A few days, a few days I'm sorry but that is unacceptable. I ...I have responsibilities, people and businesses depend on me. I ...I need to make some calls and...and...and, if there were no other survivors...I... I worry what people might think happened to me."

"Yes I could see how that would be problematic. Let us run a few tests and I'll see what I can do." said Survayant Rogers.

In other words... you're not going anywhere and you're not contacting anyone until we get what we want. Jesep needed to time to think."I see," he said, "Thank you, I'll consider your tests but I'm feeling rather tired at the moment. I'd like to return to my room and rest some, if that is okay?"

"Yes," said Survayant Rogers. "Please do let us know, if you need anything or if you do remember anything else."

Jesep nodded, Survayant Rogers gathered up her things and got up from the table. She left the room and again he had to sit and wait. Survayant Rogers, was no doubt studying his every move, on the other side of the two way mirror. Jesep decided to put on a little show, he rubbed his forehead, acting tired. After a bit he closed his eyes and let himself slightly slump in his wheel chair. To anyone he would appear quite fatigued but really, he was more alert then ever as he determined his next course of action.

Krissy didn't know what to make of this, Jesep Zian. She stood on the other side of the two way mirror studying him. She had hoped to get some answers, after speaking with him but found herself more puzzled then ever. Even though he didn't have a stone, she had thought she might get some sense of him.

She could feel Eyo presence now, even though he was still unconscious. She could also feel Keyoko ever so faintly, she must have been newly awakened. Krissy also sensed another but couldn't be sure who, it became harder to differentiate when there were so many of them in one place. Perhaps that was why she had felt nothing when sitting across from Jesep.

Or just maybe he was a true survivor... but how had he survived such an event, with only minor injuries? Why had her scanners not picked him up, when she'd gone over the area? They were suppose to alert her of even the slightest signs of life. Had he been too far down in the hole, had her scanners malfunctioned or was it something else all together?

She looked over Jesep's file once more. His ISAI scores were off the charts, he seemed to be a highly skilled and intelligent person. His name had come up on a number of lists, military, special interest groups and various think tanks. He held a seat on several influential boards and seemed to have various connections, leading all the way up to top officials.

His citizenship and permits had been given high priority. Most people's citizen application took a year to vet and approve, his citizenship was granted after only a few days. He seemed to have lived all over, never staying in one place for more then a few years. She had a team looking through his fiances and assets but so far nothing connected him to the cursed.

Still she tried to match him up against her list, see if he fit anyone's profile. He could have been Urel...she recalled his eyes were a certain shade of blue but she couldn't quite remembered. When it came to physical characteristic of other lives things were a bit blurry. She recalled Urel was usually smart, rich and held a place of power. Jesep was smart, he had money but didn't seem to have a place of power, he mostly freelanced for others.

He fit some but not all of the requirements. This wasn't the first time she'd run across a potential Urel. She remembered keeping an eye on one man, who was had strange blue eyes and a high IQ for several months, especially when he came into money. As it turned out he wasn't Urel. The man wore contacts and lost the money and his life in a matter of weeks. She also recalled lives where Urel's eye color had been different and he'd been poor. There had also been time he'd set someone else up to appear as him so he could distract them.

She rubbed her temple and thought over the interview again, wondering if Jesep had been honest with her. It was possible he was being evasive, several times during the interview he seemed to have wandered off but that could also be due to the injuries and the overall trauma he'd sustained. Maybe he really didn't know anything. Maybe he'd just been very fortunate. Maybe, but Krissy had her doubts.

So far the medical staff had only been focused on his recovery. She wanted them to focus on testing him now. She wanted blood work and a full body scan. She wanted every inch of him documented, she wanted to see how his injuries healed and if there was an infinity mark on him, she would find it. If after all that he still wasn't a cursed, she wanted them to do several response tests, to find out if he was different from other people in other ways.

The door to the room opened, Krissy vaguely looked up seeing Burger enter. He stepped in and the door shut behind him. He walked up next to her and looked at Jesep through the glass before he asked, "How did it go?"

"He claims to have little memory of the event" said Krissy.

"You don't believe him?" asked Burger.

"Right now, I don't know what I think. I've ordered several tests and for now he seems willing to cooperate."

"You think he'll become a problem?"

"It's possible, we might be able to hold him for a day or so but he's already started asking to make calls. Given the type of person he is and his connections, I don't think we'll be able to keep him here, much longer unless we have something solid."

"Hmm," said Burger as two soldiers entered the interview room. He swallowed and then swayed on his feet. Krissy knew that body language, he was up to something. Without looking at her Burger asked "I...ah, I was wondering if you'd eaten. Maybe... we could uh discuss this more and get something to eat?"

"No," said Krissy sharply. She closed Jesep's file and let out a heavy sigh before asking "Was that it or was there something important you needed?"

Burger let out a groan and then said "Yeah, the woman you found, she's awake,"

"What!" said Krissy turning to him. "Why didn't you start with that! I told you to notify me as soon as she woke!"

"And I just did," snapped Burger, "Give me a break, she's only been up for like five minutes."

Krissy gave him a stern look but didn't say anything. She didn't have time to argue with him. She took another look at Jesep as the soldiers wheeled him back to his room and then stormed out into the hall. She went to the elevators and found Burger was not far behind her. She pushed the elevator button and the hallway lights flickered. She pulled back agitated and decided to take the stairs instead.

She went for the stairwell but Burger got there first. He opened the door for her, with a smile. She barley glanced at him as she entered the stairwell. She hurried down the stairs and he continued after her. It would seem he was determined to follow her the whole way. She swallowed, finding the silence between them unsettling. There had never been silence between them, in the past he was always rattling on about something or other. Thoughts of the past made Krissy's chest ache, she caught herself, breathed in sharply and squelched the feelings.

"How are they doing on the power issue?" she asked trying to keep her mind busy.

Burger yawned before responding "Ah, latest reports say, the grids was overloaded but their fixing it. Backup generators should keep us going til then."

"Do they know what overloaded it?" asked Krissy as she went down another flight of stairs.

"No, do you think it has something to do with the event?" asked Burger.

"I wouldn't rule anything out at this point." said Krissy. "Keep a close eye on it and notify me of any strange occurrences."

Burger nodded. "Alright, what's your plan with this woman?"

"Her name is Genoa Weller. I plan to talk with her and see what she knows."

"You're gonna take precautions, like sedate her or isolate her before you do, right?"

"No," said Krissy

"But she is one of...well you know. She has powers, you still remember Kurth right?"

Krissy paused for a moment on the stairs, like she could ever forget Kurth. She breathed in deeply responding "It...wont be like that with her." She clenched and unclenched her fists before descending the stairs once more.

"Why not?" asked Burger. He sounded like he was almost at her ear.

Krissy stopped again and turned almost bumping into him. She glared up at him and said "This one is different, she's a friend."

"Supposedly," said Burger, "But, isn't she also the one who caused the event? The lock down team should prep for her as well"

"Not yet, we don't know the circumstances." said Krissy. "She might have been under attack."

"Whether she was under attack or not! I think it's pretty clear she's dangerous. I don't think you should be in the same room with her."

She glared at him and spat "Did you forget who your talking to. I can handle myself."

"Right," he said but it was clear he had his doubts.

"Listen you... you can't keep treating me like your friend. You need to start treating me like your superior. That is all I am ever going to be to you, do you understand."

Their eyes connected for a moment, once again she was reminded of the old days when she would reprimand him for getting too familiar. She could see the pain in his eyes, he looked down at her sadly. Seeing him like this made her chest sting, on the day that she had dumped him she hadn't made eye contact. She'd just done it and gotten it over with. She turned away from him, steeled herself and hurried down the stairs once again.

Burger quickly followed after her calling out "Wait! Who...who says I'm not treating you like my superior! Can't I worry about the health and safety of my superior!"

Krissy paused once again, this time she kept her back to him. "There is worry and then there is questioning?, "said Krissy."I am in charge! I make the decisions, you don't question them, UNDERSTAND!"

She waited for him to respond, expecting him to say "yes mam" but instead he said, "No…"

She turned to look at him finding he'd stopped a few steps above her. When she was looking at him he continued, "I don't understand, how you could just throw us away like what we had was nothing….it wasn't nothing." Her breath caught as his voice shook with emotion "I wanta to know why!"

Her gaze slowly dropped, thinking of his question... knowing why. She felt unsteady, her mind blazing with the past. She couldn't afford to keep revisiting it...to keep thinking of him...them. She needed to be focusing on what was going on right not.

She turned back around, decided he needed a break or at least she did. She acted as if she hadn't heard his question. "That will be all for now Argent Bruge, you're dismissed for the next six hours, I suggest you get some rest."

She continued on once more and he follow after her, he grasped hold of her arm turning her to face him. "Kriz"

Kriz..her breath caught. No one had called her that in years, of course he was the only one who would ever.

"Don't," she said finding her eyes watering.

"I love you." said Burger staring into her eyes. "I LOVE YOU KRISSY! Tell me why...why you can't love me."

She looked at him, really looked at him, losing hold of herself for a moment. She moved, brushing his cheek with her hand, his head easily turn to her palm as if not a day had passed between them. "Because I can't afford to," she choked.

His eyes widened even as dense as he was, she knew he could see, she still loved him that she had never stopped, that she had lied all those years ago. She froze him in time before he could respond. Again she was using her powers for her own selfish purposes. For a moment, she held his cheek, his words repeating in her ears…"I love you. I LOVE YOU! Tell me why...why you can't love me." The fool, she understood why she still loved him but she had thought after he cruel she'd been, how she'd just tossed him aside without reason that he would have been angry or even have moved on. "I love you too," she said, "But we can't be together. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry my love,"

Kirssy shook her head clamping down on her emotions. She really couldn't afford to love him, not when there was so much was at stake. She needed to be at the top of her game, to always be ready, to fight at a moments notice. Her duty, her responsibility came beyond herself, beyond him. She could hear one of her father's long winded responsibility speeches radiating through her ears.

She pulled her hand from Burgers cheek and somberly collected herself. She reversed time on him, moving him back up the stairs back to when he said "Right," but it was clear he had his doubts.

She got back into position and unfroze him, she sternly responded, "I'm your superior, ARGENT. BRUGE! You will not question me! You either follow my orders or I will have you removed from this mission! DO YOU UNDERSTAND!"

She glared at him, his eyes shifted, clearly he didn't want to be removed from the mission, "Yes mam,"

"NOW! That will be all Argent Bruge, you're dismissed for the next six hours, I suggest you get some rest." She hurried down the last few steps.

He came after her, rushing past her "I'm fine," he said getting the door for her.

"It's an order," she said.

Burger gave her a look but let go of the door. He turned and began to walk back up the stairs. She watched him until he was gone. Alone she closed her eyes and shuttered. She clenched and then unclenched her fist. She straightened herself, adjusted her uniform and then grasped hold of the door. She moved into the hall and as she made her way to the holding area, every soldier she passed saluted her.

She recognized them with a nod and realized Burger hadn't addressed her propery earlier. She noted once again to be more stern with him going forward. She knew now if she gave him an opening he'd take it to ask why. She didn't plan to let them get in such a situation again but if it happened again she'd need to be ready with an answer.

She made her way to the monitor room, realizing she'd let her mind slip onto him yet again. She grinded her teeth as she greeted several soldiers. She looked over the monitors determined to focus on the mission. She saw Keyoko was indeed up. They had every single angle of her room on a live feed. She was sitting on the edge of her cot with her head in her hands. She had a look of anguish about her, given the extent of the devastation she'd caused, it was understandable.

Krissy watched her for a few moments, reminding herself she couldn't get personal with this. She needed to stop letting her emotions rule her. She needed to asses Keyoko's status, determine if she was an asset or a threat and most of all find out why she had done this. This was a mission...not a reunion. She ordered several men to escort Keyoko to the interview room, hoping this time she'd get some answers.
