He's was really sick as a kid almost died several times. (Most lives Urel is born sick
or more sesceptible to illness. Due to being several (different entities) reborn into
a single body. He usually recovers by his teenage/ early adult years. Often times
when he comes into contact his health will also start to impove as the enties are

Ethan wears a wig. When his hair grew back from all his medical treatments
it didn't grow back fully. After meeting Myra his hair improves signifigantly as
she styles it and picks out his wigs.
Ethan really loves Lottie but wont have her pitying him.
He spent a lot of time reading, wasn't always in control of his surroundings.
