Reminder this character and these events are all fiction. They are made up
for dramatic entertainment only. An orphan, like all orphans not adopted by 10 he went straight into the military system.
It's all he's ever known and feel comfortable in. He enjoys traing cadets cause they
are maulable.
He always looks through his upcoming roster a month before their arrivale. He
learns about their histories and puts a face to a name. When he saw Seraphi's
photo he lingered on it but moved on. He kept coming back to it and as the
cadets arrival date came his curiosity got the better of him.
He doesn't interact much with others outside his military positons. He is strict
and likes being in control when not he become aggitated.
Urel is able to spot Keyoko so easily because he wanted to have a leg
up in finding her. Even in lives where he is blind her voice...becomes his
beakon drawing him in.
