The first year or so he kept to himself and the job. He noted those in power and the 
trouble makers.

He used to jog by Coralee's trailer every morning and night, hoping to catch a glimpse
of her.

He'd sit in his patrol car and wait for Coralee and Vance to park somewhere before he
busted them.

While he is married and has kids he considers them chores, like laundry and dishes.
He know they are nessarity to keep up in his small town. It's acceptable for him
to have a side chick(Coralee) as long as he maintains a wife and family for
politice and appearances.
