He was recruited out of academy young. He only ever thought of being an officer
and has played many role over the years but the one case that stuck with him the most
was Lottie. 

Alot of things about that case bothered him. He was promoted and given a bonus
but things got covered up and swept under the rug. Usually after a case he moves
on to the next but found himself still thinking of Lottie and seeks her out.
