I started Circumstances in January of 2021. It started as a short
but I liked the premise of it so much that I extended it into a book 
for the dungeon in March of 2021. At the time I had two other 
books out Crestmoore and Mine. I wanted to add more to my 
website catalog and thought I'd also share with the fiction site I 
started on.

I got a few comments and felt encouraged. I liked the story so
much and was so excited that I spent most of March 2021
working on Circumstances and then right away it sequel
Consequences. Magic had some time in his schedule and we
were able to do a publishing in April of 2021.

I opted to have the book on two sites verses one exclusive site
that way I could still keep it on the website. We had published
Amends in 2020 and due to lending we couldn't keep it on the
website.

We set the book up and I continued to work on the sequel, 
 wrapping up my edition of Consequences in June 2021.

My feelings toward the book.

Circumstances is one of my favorites, because it shows
 a later Urel progressing through his life, rising in power 
and meeting Keyoko. His response to her was more 
intense because he was denied access.

In lives he is able to maintain contact of some form the 
effects of his obsession are eased and lessened. Yet when
he is denied it quickly becomes nearly overwhelming.

I also enjoyed the fact that Eyo and Gig were also already 
awoken. I imagine Eyo being on the look out for Urel after
waking. He'd watch out for potential people eventually 
taking note of Jesep when he was at a tec conference. He
 kept at a distance until the night when he saved Urel and 
then sought to stay by his side.

Gigi wasn't awakened when she first met Jesep and Eyo. 
She was simply a gossip reporter but was murdered after
one of her  targets sought to silence her. When she 
awoken she found she already knew Urel and then quickly
realized Eyo was with him.

I like to picture Eyo and Gigi glaring at each other for the 
first time. When Urel is not awake, Eyo is in charge and made
it clear she keep her distance till the time was right. The time 
being when Jesep expressed and interested in Genoa. Eyo sent 
Gigi to check her out and Gigi quickly spotted Keyoko.

Keyoko awakened young, she thought she knew alot but what 
she had grasped was simply the tip of the iceberg. She thought 
she prepared herself but was ultimately unprepared.

This life also had one of the rare moments where Keyoko 
admitsher undeniable response to Urel. Each of  us as 
individuals have public and private same. In my mind public
shame is not only the shame others know of but the shame we 
allow ourselves to see. Private shame is the shame each of us 
denies even to ourself or unknowingly refuse to accept. A good
example would be denying we want something when really we 
do but know we shouldn't.
